FEE STRUCTURE

What's included

Our fees include set up (there is no separate set up charge), all data entry, production of pressure-sealed security payslips, payment by BACS, management reports, starters/leavers, P45/P46's as required. It also includes postage charges. In addition we can act as agent on your behalf for Inland Revenue purposes and can handle enquiries from IR, employees etc. as required.

Companies with multiple pay frequencies, i.e. weekly and monthly, will receive a discount - please complete the "Request a Quote" form for a quotation.

Year End Reports

Our Year End Fee includes the production of P35, P14s and P60s and is again based on the size of the payroll being processed.

Cost per P14

£1.00 (subject to a minimum of £45 per company)

We are able to file electronically for which there is no extra charge - companies with fewer than 50 employees would then be eligible for the £825 incentive payments available from the Inland Revenue for early electronic filing.
